A FEW DETAILS

Before you get started.

How does Nodomo's pricing work?

Nodomo follows a simple, seat-based pricing model. You pay based on the number of Admin, Member, and Lite users your organization needs, not the number of projects you manage.

Every plan includes unlimited workflows and project runs, so you can manage as many store openings, renovations, rollouts, or other projects as you need.

What's the difference between Admin, Member, and Lite users?

Nodomo has three user types, so you only pay for the level of access each person needs.

  • Admins: Build workflows, manage projects, assign stakeholders, and monitor progress through dashboards.
  • Members: Access their assigned work and relevant project information through Nodomo.
  • Lite users: Complete tasks and approvals through links sent over email, Slack, MS Teams, or WhatsApp, without logging in or installing an app.

For most projects, only a few people need Admin access, while the wider team can participate as Members or Lite users.

Do I need to purchase a full license for every vendor, contractor, or external stakeholder?

No. External stakeholders don't need a full Admin or Member license to participate in your projects.

Nodomo's Lite seats are designed for people who only need to complete tasks or approvals. They receive a link through their existing communication channels and can respond without creating an account or logging in.

This makes it easier to involve large numbers of vendors and field teams without paying for full project management licenses for everyone.

Is there a limit on the number of projects or workflows I can create?

No. Nodomo includes unlimited workflows and project runs on every plan.

Whether you're managing 5 new store openings or 500, you can reuse the same workflows across locations without paying separately for each project.

Is there a minimum number of users I need to purchase?

The Growth plan requires a minimum of one Admin seat to create and manage your workflows.

Beyond that, you can choose the mix of Member and Lite seats that suits your organization. You don't need to give everyone dashboard access just to complete their tasks.

What is included in Nodomo's 15-day free trial?

The 15-day free trial lets you experience Nodomo before making a purchase.

You can create workflows, start projects, assign tasks and approvals, involve external stakeholders, and track progress through the dashboard.

The trial includes access to all three user types and unlimited workflows and project runs, so you can test Nodomo with an actual business process.

Is 15 days enough to evaluate Nodomo if our projects take several months?

Yes. You don't have to finish an entire project to see how Nodomo works.

During the trial, you can build your workflow, launch a live project, assign tasks to internal teams and external vendors, test automated handoffs, and see how the dashboard tracks progress.

If you need more time to evaluate the platform, trial extensions can be requested.

What happens when my free trial ends?

At the end of your trial, you can choose a paid plan based on the number and type of users you need.

Your existing workflows and project data are preserved, so you don't need to start over when you subscribe.

You won't be charged automatically unless you choose a paid plan.

Can I pay monthly or annually? Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes. Nodomo's Growth plan offers both monthly and annual billing options.

Choosing annual billing gives you a 20% discount compared with the standard monthly subscription price.

Enterprise plans are available with custom pricing and annual billing.

Can I start with a small team and expand later?

Absolutely. You can start by automating a single project with a small group of users and expand as more teams adopt Nodomo.

For example, you might begin with one Admin managing a new store opening workflow, then add other departments, vendors, and project managers as required.

You don't need to roll out Nodomo across your entire organization on day one.
